PATRON SERVICES POLICIES
Ticket Pick Up & Delivery
If the date of your performance is five days or less away, George Street Playhouse will issue Print-at-Home tickets delivered to your email address. Please print them out and bring them to your performance.
You may also pick up your tickets at Will-Call beginning one hour prior to the performance.
At all other times, you have the option of receiving your tickets in the mail.
Ticket Exchanges & Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend your performance, please take advantage of our exchange policy 24 hours prior to your performance date to come at a later date or consider donating your tickets back to George Street Playhouse.
Exchanges must be made at least 24 hours prior to the performance you are unable to attend and cannot be accommodated at showtime. We are unable to make exchanges in-person. All exchanges must be done over the phone, or via email.
You cannot exchange tickets for a performance that has already passed.
For non-subscribers, there is an exchange fee of $10 per ticket, plus the difference in ticket value if you are moving into a more expensive performance or seating section.
Lost Ticket Replacement
If your tickets are lost or stolen please contact Patron Services to have them reprinted.
If you are unable to use or exchange your tickets, please consider donating them back to the Playhouse. Your donation supports our mainstage and education programs.
If we receive notification of your donation at least 24 hours prior to the performance we will be happy to provide you with a donation acknowledgement letter for your tax records.
No Babes in Arms
Everyone must have a ticket to attend a performance. Babies and children who are not old enough to occupy a seat will not be permitted in the theatre. Please contact the Patron Services team about age appropriateness for each production by calling (732) 246-7717 or email PatronServices@GeorgeStPlayhouse.org.
Content advisories for every production will be listed clearly on our website. For more specific information, please contact the Patron Services team.
Please Be On Time
Please plan your trip to allow for adequate time to park your car, pick up your tickets and be seated prior to curtain.
Latecomers and persons leaving the theatre during a performance will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager at an appropriate interval in the show.
Patrons arriving after the show has begun may be seated at the back of the house so as to cause the least disruption for the actors and audience.
Turn Off Anything That Makes a Noise or Light
Before entering the theatre, please silence all cell phones and other devices that lights up or makes noise. Any noises and lights are a distraction to the actors and to your fellow audience members. House management reserves the right to confiscate any device deemed a distraction for the duration of the performance.
