George Street Playhouse offers optional Ticket Protection for an additional fee during checkout with our partner Secure My Booking. This proctection must be added during your ticket purchase. It cannot be adding on later.
With refund protection you can apply for a refund in the event of:
- Accident, injury, or illness
- Severe weather stopping you from getting to the venue
- Travel delays caused by breakdowns or public transit issues, including strikes
